RK Software Solution, operating as streamsmart.live, is an independent third-party company providing remote technical support services for streaming devices and platforms for a fee. We are not affiliated with, nor do we have any endorsement from, any hardware manufacturer or software developer. Our service is designed to help users troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues.
You agree that you will provide accurate information to our technicians and that you are the legal owner of the devices and accounts for which you are requesting support. You are responsible for backing up all data on your devices before our service begins.
Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to resolve all issues, we do not guarantee that every problem can be solved. RK Software Solution (operating as streamsmart.live) is not responsible for any damage to hardware, loss of data, or any other consequential damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the fee paid for the Service.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
